About LOFT Rewards

Getting a LOFT store credit card through Comenity allows you greater flexibility when shopping, enabling you to consolidate your purchases and pay them off later. This card will typically be accepted at any LOFT location, making it a breeze to do your shopping. During promotional periods, it can also come with great benefits such as a sign up bonus that is usually a discount as high as 20%-30% off your first purchase after joining. And, if applicable, you can use the card to earn greater benefits in the LOFT loyalty program. These benefits can include larger points multipliers, meaning you'll hit rewards faster, or an elevated status level that gives you access to more benefits and perks.

Can I pay in installments?

Since Comenity issues an actual credit card for LOFT you can pay your bill in a lump-sum payment, or incrementally over time utilizing the payment grace period that is usually built into your card. However, paying in installments typically carries steep interest rates, so it's important to find a quick and convenient way to pay your bill as soon as you are able.

What's the quickest way to pay?

The quickest and most efficient way to make your LOFT credit card payment is to use Comenity EasyPay. The system allows you to make payments against your balance, even without logging into your account. It's a quick, convenient, and frictionless way of paying your bill.

How do I use LOFT Comenity EasyPay?

To make a payment with LOFT Comenity EasyPay, simply head over to Comenity's website and find your card. Then, select 'Sign In,' where you'll see a place to enter your LOFT login info. Instead of logging in, locate the EasyPay option on the top bar of the screen. What are the Comenity EasyPay Rules?

With SoLoyal you can automatically track your LOFT account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the Comenity EasyPay loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, LOFT provides many achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

Comenity EasyPay awards its members no status levels. It has a whole suite of benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

If there is an annual fee it will be charged after your first LOFT bill closes. Then, you'll pay this fee each year in which the card remains active. Comenity will refund this fee if you close your Account within 30 days of the mailing or delivery date of the statement on which the fee appears. However if you don't cancel the card within that window, the fee is non-refundable.

If you make a payment that gets canceled or returned, Comenity will charge a $25 Returned Payment Fee. This fee is assessed even if the payment is honored after you submit it again.

If you need to make a payment quickly, Comenity may allow you to make an expedited payment over the phone by calling 1-800-695-9478. Making an expedited payment on your Comenity credit card carries a fee of up to $15. You'll be informed of this fee prior to making your payment.

You must pay at least the Minimum Payment each billing period by the Due Date on your statement. You can pay the entire Account balance at any time.

You can pay your entire balance by the due date each month to avoid any interest charges from Comenity. Your payment due date is typically at least 25 days after the close of each billing period. However, if you fail to pay your balance, Comenity will remove this payment grace period until you pay the entire balance on time for two billing periods in a row.
